Stephanie Summers

Stephanie Summers is an experienced professional in human services, currently serving as the Section 3 Compliance Manager at Rockford Housing Authority since December 2021. Previously, Stephanie worked as a Career Planner at The Workforce Connection from August 2018 to December 2021 and held the position of CCS/CLTS Case Manager with the County of Rock from October 2016 to February 2018. Additional experience includes roles such as W2 Case Manager/FEP at Forward Service Corporation and Youth Specialist/Detention Officer at the County of Rock Youth Services Center. Stephanie's expertise is supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from Upper Iowa University and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Blackhawk Technical College.
