Gregg Hansen

Gregg Hansen is the Director - IT Operations at Rockford Mutual Insurance Company since March 2019. Prior to this, Gregg held the role of Co-Founder at EQuilibrium Contact Center Inc. Gregg also worked as a Network Engineer at Magna Exteriors and Systems Administrator/Site Lead at Vision Financial Corp. With a background in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University, Gregg has also been an Adjunct Professor at Rockford University and Rock Valley College, teaching courses on Business Data Communications and Networking, as well as Intro to VoIP with Asterisk. Gregg has extensive experience in VoIP consulting, technical support engineering, and VoIP administration roles.
