Jeff Jinkins is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in information services and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Manager of Information Services at Rockford Park District since May 2012, Jeff oversees the department's operations, including network management, security, and desktop support. Between November 2007 and May 2012, Jeff managed Voice & Network Services at Alexian Brothers Health System, leading teams responsible for Local and Wide Area Network management. Earlier experience includes serving as Telecom Manager at Amcore Bank from 1993 to 2007 and working as a sailor and electrician on USS America from 1988 to 1993. Jeff holds a BA in Management Information Systems from Judson University and an AAS in Nuclear Power from Terra Technical College, in addition to a high school diploma from Eau Claire High School.
