Will James

Will James has been in the construction industry for over 10 years. Will started their own company, James Properties Inc., in 2016 and has since completed multiple projects, including a one million dollar lake house renovation. In 2018, they joined the team at Rockhaven Homes as the Site Supervisor at their Cambridge Towne Center. Prior to that, they were the Site Supervisor at Versailles Apartments, where they refurbished units and prepared the complex for sale. Will is a highly skilled and experienced construction professional who takes pride in their work. Will is dedicated to their craft and takes great satisfaction in helping to create beautiful homes for families to enjoy.

Will James has a high school diploma in general studies from The Campus. Will is currently studying construction management at Georgia Military College-Milledgeville Campus.

Will James works with Christopher Berendson - Lakeview at Stonecrest, Drew Colglazier - Ashbrooke, and Kevin Holder - McEver Mill. Their manager is Joe Overby, Area Manager.
