Gaurav Issar is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategic growth, data analytics, and consulting. As a Partner at Rockhop since April 2023, Gaurav leads the Data & Analytics group, focusing on Microsoft Power Platform implementation for midmarket and enterprise organizations. Previously, Gaurav served as CEO and President of Allant Group, overseeing its growth in data and marketing technology solutions from January 2016 to May 2022, and was a Board Member of Allant Group and its parent company, VntCap Technologies. Other notable roles include Partner at Another Perspective, where Gaurav advised CEO-level executives, and Executive Vice President positions at Project Leadership Associates, contributing significantly to sales, marketing, software development, and business intelligence practices. Gaurav's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
