Kent Youngman

Dr. Kent Youngman, the Chief Executive Officer of Rocking Horse Community Health Center, has a Doctor of Education in Clinical Counseling and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.

Serving as the CEO of the Mental Health & Recovery Board before joining the Center almost 3 years ago, Kent is a Beavercreek resident who was born in Kansas. His professional interests include mental health counseling, substance use disorder treatment and prevention, integrated health care delivery and teaching and mentoring at Wright State University.

Kent enjoys travel, camping, reading and family activities and says one of the things he likes most about being at Rocking Horse Community Health Center is working with a dedicated group of individuals who are committed to meeting patient’s needs.
