Andy F. is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various culinary roles. Currently serving as a Chef at Rocking Horse Ranch Resort since November 2015, Andy has previously held the position of Executive Chef at Emmett's Castle from April 2012 to November 2015, and at Kelly Ryans Bar and Grill from September 2002 to April 2012. Andy's career began as a Sous Chef and line cook at Jimmy Walkers Bar and Restaurant from April 1998 to September 2002. Andy is an alumnus of The Culinary Institute of America, where an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts, Chef Training, and Hospitality Management was earned between 2013 and 2015. Responsibilities throughout the career have included managing kitchen staff and developing and pricing Ala Carte, Banquet, and special events menus.
