James Mullen has a diverse background in aquatics and facilities management, with experience as a Director of Facilities and Safety, Buildings, and Aquatics at Rockland County YMCA. James also serves as the Aquatics Director and has implemented aquatics programs to meet community needs. James also has experience as a Program Director at Orange Swim Academy, Director of Aquatics at Union Avenue Community Fitness Center, and Head Coach at Pine Bush Aquatics Club. Prior to this, James worked as a Firefighter at FDNY and as an Independent Contractor at Continental Risk Improvement. James is a graduate of Clarkson University and Pine Bush High School.
