Andrew Dalby

Andrew Dalby is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational management and strategic development across various industries. As the Chief Operating Officer at Rockland Distilleries (Pvt) Ltd since March 2023, Andrew oversees liquor production and distribution. Previously, as the Chief Executive Officer of Retail Supermarkets at Softlogic Holdings PLC from November 2017 to May 2023, Andrew was instrumental in establishing a new chain of FMCG supermarkets in Sri Lanka. Andrew has also held leadership positions at Real Management Consulting, Richard Pieris Distributors Ltd, and Lloyds Banking Group, showcasing a proven track record in driving business growth and operational excellence. Andrew holds a Chartered Institute of Banking qualification and a degree in Banking.
