Ramon Flores

Ramon Flores, MBA, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources and administration. Ramon is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Administration and Risk at Rockland Federal Credit Union since October 2023. Previously, from November 2021 to October 2023, Ramon held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at AgriBank in St. Paul, MN. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at OneAZ Credit Union from June 2019 to October 2021. Ramon has also gained valuable experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, where they served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources from August 2014 to August 2018. In addition, they have held various roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, including Director of Human Resources from October 2006 to August 2014, Lead Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis from September 2004 to September 2006, and Analyst of Bank Supervision, Regulation & Credit from September 1997 to August 2004.

Ramon Flores, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Harvard University. Ramon also holds an MBA in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. In addition to their degrees, Ramon has obtained certifications in Change Management for HR, Coaching for Engagement and Performance, Leadership Development and Succession Strategist, and SHRM California Law HR Specialty Credential. Ramon is also certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
