Meagan Silva

Meagan Silva has extensive experience in executive support and customer relations, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Retail Banking Officer at Rockland Trust since May 2011. In this role, Meagan manages executive schedules, responds to shareholder inquiries, and prepares necessary correspondence and presentations. Prior experience includes serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, where Meagan coordinated meetings and special projects, and as a Customer Service Representative, responsible for account management and compliance. Prior to Rockland Trust, Meagan worked as a Key Account Specialist at Swimways Corporation and as a Client Relations Specialist at Flexible Benefit Administrators, enhancing skills in compliance, project management, and client communication. Meagan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
