Tim Lane

Tim Lane has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of internal auditing and compliance. Tim is currently working as the Chief Internal Auditor and Senior Vice President at Rockland Trust since April 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of Corporate Compliance and Director of IT Compliance Oversight Program and Advisory at State Street from August 2015 to April 2020. Tim also held several roles at Brown Brothers Harriman, including Vice President of Systems Risk Management, Vice President of Data Governance Program Management, and VP IT Audit from December 2009 to August 2015. Before that, they worked at MFS Investment Management as an IT Audit Manager and AVP from June 2007 to December 2009. Earlier in their career, Tim held positions at bcgi and Boston Communications Group (bcgi) as an IT Audit and Compliance Manager from December 2004 to June 2007. Tim also has experience at Price Waterhouse as an IT Audit, SPA Associate, and Associate.

Tim Lane attended the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in International Management. Prior to that, they studied at Union College from 1998 to 2002. Apart from their educational degrees, Tim Lane holds a certification in CISA from ISACA.
