Linglin Jiang

Linglin Jiang is a seasoned laser design engineer currently serving as a Sr. Staff Laser Design Engineer at Rockley Photonics Inc. since July 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Photodigm, where Linglin held the position of Senior Semiconductor Laser Engineer from November 2006 to July 2022, specializing in laser epitaxy design and evaluation for wavelengths ranging from 739nm to 1550nm using GaAs and InP substrates. Linglin's career began with an internship at Photodigm, contributing to a National Science Foundation project focused on Quantum Well Intermixing technology. Additionally, Linglin worked as a Product Engineer at Corning Cable Systems, designing testing equipment for photonics. Academic credentials include a PhD candidacy in Photonics and Lasers from Southern Methodist University and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
