Randy Riggins

Randy Riggins currently serves as the President of Reach Out Youth Solutions since June 2020 and as the International Missions Pastor at RockPointe Church since January 2018. Riggins holds a Master's degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, which was attained between January 1992 and June 1996, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Baylor University, completed from 1987 to 1991.
