Rich Fischer

Rich Fischer is a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriter at Rockport Mortgage Corporation since October 2002. Prior to this role, Rich held the position of Case Manager at the FDIC from September 1989 to September 2002. Rich completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business and Economics from 1985 to 1989 and furthered education at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware from 1997 to 1999.
