Jermaine Rengifo

Jermaine Rengifo is an experienced residential manager currently serving as the Resident Manager for Rockrose Development Corp., overseeing a luxury high-rise with 709 units since November 2016. Previously, Jermaine held the position of Assistant Resident Manager for a 974-unit high-rise. Prior experience includes the role of Lead Concierge and Handyman at Related Companies from July 2006 to December 2016, and Handyman/Porter/Doorman at Marmara Extended Stay Hotel from September 2005 to August 2006. Jermaine Rengifo earned a Vocational High School Degree in Residential & Commercial Electrical Installation from Queens Vocational Technical High School, graduating in 2004.
