David Fischer

David Fischer has a diverse background in the technology services industry. David founded Rockstar Coders in 2002, where they served as the Founder and CEO. Rockstar Coders is an international technology services agency that focuses on web and mobile application design and development, recruitment of technology professionals, and technology consulting. In 2017, David co-founded Haziot | Fischer and served as a Partner until 2019. David also founded Elm Talent Group in 2011 and led the company until 2017.

David Fischer achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Economics from Yale University, where they attended from 1995 to 1999.
