Kayla Caldwell-Holdsworth

Kayla Caldwell-Holdsworth serves as the Vice President of Administrations at Oil Well Shares since January 2019, while also representing Team USA in weightlifting and competing as an athlete for USA Track & Field since 2013. Caldwell-Holdsworth holds a position as a sponsored athlete for R3fit and has gained diverse experience in sports and fitness through roles in personal training, gymnastics instruction, and cardiac rehab. Previous professional roles include Office Manager at Oil Well Shares and various positions at Mercy Medical Center and Barbells. Caldwell-Holdsworth earned a degree in Physical Education and Sports Studies from Hillsdale College from 2009 to 2013.
