Arthur (Andy) Hurwitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and immunology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Repertoire Immune Medicines since September 2021, Hurwitz previously held significant roles, including Senior Vice President and Head of R&D at Mana Therapeutics, and Vice President and Head of Preclinical Research at AgenTus Therapeutics. Contributions to the field include leading teams in biological validation of therapies and engaging in discovery related to neo-antigens for vaccine and cell therapy platforms. In addition to industry roles, Hurwitz has been actively involved in the Rockville Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. since 2004, where leadership in the EMS Division focuses on training and support for emergency medical service providers. Academically, Hurwitz holds a PhD in Pathology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and has served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.
