"The Why," which simply clarifies and dives deep into why are you exhibiting, creating an event, designing a brand experience or creating a brand activation. "The Customer," this is a deep dive into who is the benefiter of the experience, the desired target, the customer. Understanding these two factors is key to creating live brand experiences that get results.
