Aderiano da Silva, Ph.D., is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in automation and engineering project management. Since May 2015, Aderiano has held the position of Principal Engineer at Rockwell Automation, after serving as a Senior Commercial Project Engineer and previously as a Commercial Project Engineer and Global OEM Technical Consultant at the same company from 2006 to 2015. Aderiano's career began as a Designer of Automation Systems at CIBER - Road Equipment Manufacturer and included a role as an Instructor in Electronics and Industrial Automation at SENAI - National Industrial Apprenticeship Service. Aderiano's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
