Deidra Schrab

Deidra Schrab, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of HR Business Partner at Rockwell Automation, responsible for supporting contract manufacturing and overseeing HR functions across multiple manufacturing sites. With extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations, Deidra has previously held HR positions at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC, Gleason Reel Corp., and DHI Corp, where responsibilities included managing union workforce issues, executing HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor agreements. Deidra holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
