Jolene Mueller

Jolene Mueller is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and digital transformation, currently serving as Director of Lifecycle Services Operational Excellence and Director of System Integrator Partners at Rockwell Automation since August 2020. Previously, Jolene spent over 22 years at IBM, where roles included Global Director of IBM Ecosystem Digital Transformation, responsible for enhancing digital tools for competitive advantage, and various managerial positions focused on partner ecosystem success, compliance, and operational efficiencies. Jolene began the professional journey at Lotus Development as a Sales Executive and also gained early experience as a Technical Support Specialist and Bank Clerk. Jolene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences with a focus on Computer Sciences and Mathematics from the University of South Africa.
