Marc Baret

Marc Baret is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, management, and business development in the industrial automation sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Operations for Lifecycle Services at Rockwell Automation, Marc leads a team of 6,000 employees and oversees critical areas such as business processes, architecture, IT & cybersecurity, global engineering, quality management, and corporate compliance. Previous roles include managing director positions for various divisions covering P&L responsibilities and services across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a proven track record of significant turnover and employee management. Marc's career began at ABB as a project engineer and project manager, followed by a role at Siemens as a global product manager. Marc holds both M.Sc and B.Sc degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town. Currently, Marc is also a board advisor at TSIA.
