Marcin Gudyka

Marcin Gudyka is a Project Engineer specializing in Embedded Software at Rockwell Automation since April 2018, serving as a team product owner and technical leader on a Scrum team focused on new product development in the Motion Control business. Prior to this role, Marcin served at Motorola Solutions from July 2011 to April 2018 as a Senior Engineer SW and Architect, contributing to the firmware lifecycle of the Motorola Network Router through planning, requirements, design, development, testing, and maintenance. Marcin also held roles as a Senior Engineer and Technical Lead at Motorola, where responsibilities included the development of customized simulators for complex test environments and automation of embedded platform tests. Marcin began the career at Motorola in December 2005 as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on automated tests and software development for Motorola's APCO25 Base Station. Marcin earned an M.Sc. in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology between 2000 and 2005.
