Mike Gavin

Mike Gavin, PMP, CAP, MBA, currently holds the position of Delivery Excellence Manager for North America at Rockwell Automation, focusing on the enhancement of the Project Management Office, Resource Management Office, Engineering Excellence, and IT Enablement teams. His extensive experience includes significant roles at MAVERICK Technologies, where responsibilities spanned from Business Manager to Senior Director of Operations, overseeing numerous offices and a large workforce. Prior to MAVERICK, Mike held project management positions with GE/Magnum Technologies and worked as an Assistant Resident Construction Engineer at Anheuser-Busch, beginning his career as a Field Installation Technician at Videojet Technologies. Mike's educational background includes an MBA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a BSEE from Saint Louis University, complemented by an Executive Program in Strategic Leadership.
