Rachel Schickowski

Rachel Schickowski serves as the Culture & Communications Leader for the Americas at Rockwell Automation since January 2011, where responsibilities include developing culture strategies and communication plans that enhance Sales and Marketing efforts. With a history of progressively responsible roles at Rockwell Automation, Rachel has effectively led employee engagement strategies and implemented programs to simplify employee experiences across a diverse workforce. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Employee Experience & Culture and Manager of Employee Engagement, alongside earlier positions in marketing and communications at Cleary Gull Advisors Inc., Renewal by Andersen, and Minacs Worldwide. Rachel's educational background is from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
