Steve Jastrow

Steve Jastrow is an experienced operational leader with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of North American Operations at Rockwell Automation since October 2023, Jastrow previously held significant roles at CentroMotion, including Director of Global Operations for the Industrial Segment and Site Operations Leader for Weasler Engineering from August 2017 to October 2023. Jastrow also has experience as Director of Operations at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies (August 2015 - July 2017) and as Plant Manager and Operations Manager at Rexnord (August 2011 - August 2015). Jastrow began the career as Quality Manager at Rexnord from May 2007 to April 2011. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
