Zhihai Pang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the engineering and automation sectors. Since March 2001, Zhihai has held multiple roles at Rockwell Automation, including Product Manager, Regional Commercial Engineering Manager, and Program Manager/Senior Project Manager, accumulating four years of program management experience in OEM partnerships and remote manufacturing startups, alongside three years of project management experience overseeing large-scale projects valued between $1.0M and $20M. Prior to this, Zhihai served as an Application Engineer at B. Murdock Engineering & Consulting Inc. and as an Electrical Designer and Electrical Engineer at Baotou Engineering and Research Corporation of Iron and Steel Industry. Zhihai holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, obtained in 1991.
