Fred Rathbone

Fred Rathbone has a diverse work experience in land development and real estate. Fred started their career in 1989 as the owner of Isberg Investments and held this role until 2013. In 1991, they worked as a broker at Prudential NW Property. In 2000, they became an Accredited Land Consultant at the Real Estate Land Institute. From 2002 until the present, they have been involved in planning and developing a 16-acre RV park and mini storage facility in Clatskanie, Oregon, under the company Clatskanie River RV, LLC. Since 2006, they have also been the owner of R&R Land Development, LLC, a land development company with a premier subdiction in Seaside, Oregon. Additionally, Fred has been involved with the Realtors Land Institute since 1948 in the field of land development.
