Charlotte Blair

Charlotte Blair has over 25 years of experience in the accounting field, primarily in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Controller at Rockwood Capital, Inc. since October 2013, Charlotte has been with Rockwood Capital since July 2003, previously holding the position of Property Accountant. Prior to this role, Charlotte worked as a Property Accountant at Insignia from October 2002 to July 2003 and at United Apartment Group from August 1998 to July 2002, where responsibilities included preparing financials for various property types such as multifamily, office, and retail. Charlotte holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from the Center for Degree Studies, completed in 1990.
