As a Principal Consultant at Art & Science Consulting, Julie strategically integrates people, processes, policies, and technology to drive organizational effectiveness and growth. In their roles as Chief Operating Officer at Rockwood Leadership Institute and Director of Finance and Administration at Oakland Public Education Fund, Julie successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets and implemented sound fiscal and risk management systems. Additionally, as the Director of Operations at Orthotic & Prosthetic Assistance Fund, Julie oversaw various operational functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
