Robert Gass

Robert Gass is a principal at Social Transformation Project and co-founder of Rockwood Leadership Institute. Robert is a relationships expert for over 40 years, offering retreats for couples. Robert is also a corporate executive coach specializing in leadership development, large systems change, and has worked with notable clients such as General Motors and The Gap. As a leadership coach, Robert has mentored national political leaders, authors, and non-profit leaders. Robert was previously the President of ARC International, focusing on large-systems change with Fortune 500 companies. Robert holds an EdD in Organizational and Clinical Psychology from Harvard University.
