Bjørn Rici Andersen

Bjørn Rici Andersen is the SVP of Group Operations & Technology at Rockwool. Bjørn previously served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of H+H International A/S from February 2013 to October 2016. In their role as COO, Bjørn was globally responsible for the company's supply chain, including production sites in the United Kingdom, Russia, Poland, and Germany.

Under Bjørn's leadership, the company saw a 70% reduction in accidents, 20 mDKK in cost savings year-over-year, and significant improvements in Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE). Bjørn was also responsible for Technical Due Diligence in connection with H+H's acquisition of Grupa Prefabet, and they restructured the company's supply chain to Scandinavia.

Bjørn has a proven track record of success in operational excellence and cost competitiveness. Bjørn is an effective leader with a keen focus on customer value creation and delivery quality. Bjørn's experience in developing and implementing strategies across different levels of an organization makes him an invaluable asset to any company.

Bjørn Rici Andersen has a background in mechanical engineering, and they have a certification from Harvard Business School in "Reimagining strategy with design thinking". Bjørn also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School, and they are currently pursuing a Certificate of Business Leadership (CBL) from Henley Business School - Danmark. In addition, Bjørn Rici Andersen has completed an International Management Programme from Mannaz A/S (formerly known as DIEU), and they also have a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Haslev Teknikum.

Bjørn Rici Andersen reports to Jens Birgersson, President & CEO. They work with Jessica Jonasson - SVP, Group Human Resources, Volker Christmann - Senior Vice President, Head of Insulation Central Europe, and Henrik Frank Nielsen - Senior Vice President, Head of Insulation North East Europe.
