Susanna Beranova

Susanna Beranova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Susanna is currently a member of the jury for the Effie Awards Denmark and has been serving in this role since 2023. Prior to this, Susanna worked at ROCKWOOL Group as the Marketing Director for the Nordics, starting from August 2020. In this position, they were responsible for various functions including PR, communication, product management, and business development. Before joining ROCKWOOL Group, they held multiple positions at VELUX, including Marketing Director for the Nordics and Head of Marketing for Denmark. Susanna also has experience working at Reputation Institute as a Manager and Senior Consultant, where they focused on account development, corporate branding, and employer branding projects. Susanna began their career as a Research Assistant at Copenhagen Business School, working with Professor Majken Schultz.

Susanna Beranova completed their B.Sc in Intercultural Management (Språk) from Copenhagen Business School in the years 2001 to 2004. Later, they pursued their cand.merc degree in International Marketing & Management from the same institution during the period of 2004 to 2006.
