Torben Schwaner Dehlholm

Torben Schwaner Dehlholm currently serves as Vice President and Group General Counsel at ROCKWOOL Group, overseeing Legal, Compliance, and Insurance since July 2023. Additionally, Torben is an Advisory Board Member for Pandektes and GOE Invest, and a member of the Committee for Competition Law at Danish Industry. Torben has extensive experience as a keynote speaker on various legal topics, contributing to international and Danish law firms, media, and educational institutions. Previously, Torben held the position of Vice President and Group General Counsel at Flügger group A/S from April 2014 to July 2023, leading Group Legal and Compliance. Torben holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and completed the Danish Bar Exam, becoming an Attorney-at-law.
