Darren Layard

Darren Layard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in general management and business leadership across international markets. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager for International Markets at Rocky Brands, Inc. since April 2021, Darren oversees the growth strategy and operations for the EMEA/Russia/APAC business units from London, focusing on sales, finance, marketing, and product merchandising. Prior to this role, Darren held several key positions at Honeywell from 2016 to 2021, including EMEA & APAC Business Leader and Director of Honeywell Safety Products (UK) Ltd.
