Jeffrey Stern

Jeffrey Stern, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President and Brand General Manager for the Lehigh CustomFit Division at Rocky Brands, Inc. since September 2009, overseeing full P&L responsibility and leading both B2B2C and B2C operations in the managed safety footwear and work apparel markets. Prior to this role, Jeffrey was the Principal at Stern Equity Group LLC from February 2009 to 2018, providing strategic consulting services focused on improving sales, marketing, acquisitions, and change management. Jeffrey also held positions such as Vice President of Acquisitions & Business Development at Rampp Corporation in 2008, Director of Sales & Marketing at both Hann Manufacturing, Inc. (2005-2008) and Magnetic Specialty, Inc. (2000-2005). Jeffrey earned an MBA in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from Ohio University (2006-2008) and a BS in Geology from Marietta College (1977-1981).
