Rachel Lisle

Rachel Lisle is a Jr. Design Developer at Rocky Brands, Inc. since February 2024. Prior experience includes a Design Research Intern role at Milwaukee Tool, where skills in research, workshops, and project leadership were developed. As an intern at ootbox, Rachel created shop drawings and marketing materials, while at Columbus College of Art & Design, Rachel served as a Fabrication Lab Technician, managing prototyping machines. Volunteering as a designer at Form5 Prosthetics Inc., Rachel contributed to the development of a custom prosthetic. Earlier work experience includes roles at Philmont Scout Ranch and Dreyer & Reinbold Infiniti. Rachel is pursuing a degree in Industrial Design from Columbus College of Art & Design, expected in 2024, following an Honors diploma from Westfield High School.
