Sarah Milligan has a strong background in customer experience and sales, primarily in the footwear industry. Sarah started their career at Lehigh Outfitters in 2009 as a Manager of Sales Initiatives. Sarah then joined Rocky Brands, Inc. in 2012 as a Director of Customer Experience, where they focused on maintaining customer satisfaction and improving customer service procedures. In 2014, Sarah returned to Lehigh Outfitters as a National Sales Manager before being promoted to Vice President of Sales and Operations in 2015. In 2016, they took on the role of Vice President Customer Experience at Rocky Brands, Inc., where they were responsible for all customer experience initiatives and managing the customer service team. Sarah has a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
Sarah Milligan earned their Bachelor of Science degree in History from Ohio University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In 2011, they pursued further education by enrolling in Capella University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Sarah successfully completed their MBA program in 2013, achieving a GPA of 4.0.
