Marc-André Morin began their career in 2010 as a Machiniste at Aérospatiale Hemmingford. In 2011, they moved to CAE as a Coordonnateur à la maintenance. In 2012, they became a Dessinateur mécanique at GNA alutech inc. and then a Coordonnateur au tooling at Raufoss Automotive in 2013. In 2016, they became a Brasseur at Domaine Berthiaume Microbrasserie. In 2017, they were appointed as Quality Assurance Director at Dimension Composite, inc. In 2019, they became Coordonnateur Qualité et GMR at DSD International and then Superviseur Qualité at NanoXplore Inc. in 2020. Marc-André Morin currently holds the roles of Corporate Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement manager at Matra and Quality Manager at Rocky Mountain.

Marc-André Morin's education history includes a degree in Technique de génie mécanique from Cégep de Saint-Jean-sur-le-Richelieu from 2006 to 2010, a Carte de la Sécurité générale sur les chantiers de construction from ASP Construction in 2009, and a Génie mécanique from École de technologie supérieure from 2011 to 2016. In 2020, they also received a Certificate in Automotive standard IATF 16949 from Strateis QM.
