Adam Towns

Adam Towns has extensive work experience in various roles related to business intelligence, sales technology, and Salesforce administration. Adam is currently the Director of Business Intelligence at Rocky Mountain Care since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at MarketStar from 2005 to 2020, holding positions such as Head of Sales Technology & Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Architect, Senior Salesforce Administrator / Operations Manager, Operations, Marketing Automation, and Application Support Manager, and Operations and Data Management Manager. Additionally, they served as the Manager of Information Technology Support Services and a Network Administrator in previous roles. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated skills in managing teams, deploying Salesforce, and implementing various sales and marketing technologies.

Adam Towns attended Weber State University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Commercial Art and Psychology. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications in various fields. These certifications include being a Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce, a Six Sigma Green Belt from MarketStar, a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, and completing the course "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" with Coursera Verified Certificates. These certifications were obtained between 2014 and 2016.
