Lnha Garrett Weston

Garrett Weston has a diverse work experience, starting with their active duty military service in the United States Air Force as a Dental Technician from April 2009 to April 2020. During this time, they also served as a Dormitory/Housing Manager from January 2016 to March 2018. In 2020, Weston joined Ensign Services as a CIT/Administrator in Training before moving on to Ensign Avalon & Sandstone Affiliates as a Nursing Home Administrator from October 2020 to June 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Nursing Home Administrator at Rocky Mountain Care, where they started in June 2023 and later became the Regional Director of Operations in August 2023.

In 2014, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, in 2018. Seeking further expertise in healthcare administration and management, Garrett then attended the University of the Incarnate Word from 2018 to 2019, where they successfully obtained a Master of Arts Administration - MAA degree with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
