Sue Phelps MBA, RN, BSN, HCS-D COS-C has extensive work experience in various healthcare leadership roles. Most recently, they worked as the Vice President of Home Health & Hospice Clinical Services, Quality and Education at Rocky Mountain Care, where they oversaw all aspects of homecare and hospice nursing services and ensured compliance with Medicare, state, and contract requirements. Prior to that, they served as the Education and Quality Manager at the same company.

Before joining Rocky Mountain Care, Sue worked at Community Nursing Services (CNS) as a Clinical Specialist, Vice President of Clinical Services, and Clinical Services Specialist. Sue Phelps also gained experience as a CEO & LNC at Phelps & Associates, providing legal nurse consultant services to the community.

Earlier in their career, Sue served as the Chief Clinical Officer at Applegate HomeCare and Hospice and as the Cardiopulmonary Director & Branch Operations at Gentiva Health Services. Sue Phelps started their nursing career at the University of Utah Hospital, where they held positions as a Charge Nurse, Nurse Educator, and Unit Manager in the Cardiology/Telemetry unit.

Sue Phelps has a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Utah College of Nursing. Sue Phelps also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
