Tom Beckstead

Tom Beckstead currently serves as the Manager of Organizational Development at Rocky Mountain Care, a position held since December 2021. Previously, Tom directed neurofeedback initiatives at Advanced Trauma Care & Recovery from July 2020 to December 2021. Tom's experience includes managing neurofeedback protocols at Addo Recovery and working as a Case Manager at Wasatch Mental Health, where collaboration, training, and interagency cooperation were key responsibilities. Earlier roles also include a Medical Records Assistant position at North American Health Care and serving as the Head Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University. Tom holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Brigham Young University.
