Robert Miller

Robert Miller has over 30 years of experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions at different companies. Robert started their career at EARC as a Human Resources Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources. After that, they worked at Candid Color Systems as the Director of Human Resources and then as a Human Resources Representative. In 2011, they joined Sun Healthcare Group as a Regional Human Resources Director and later moved to Genesis with the same role. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Rocky Mountain Health Care Services, and they will become the Chief Human Resources Officer in 2023.

Robert Miller obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma, completing their studies from 1988 to 1993.
