Chris Morris

Chris Morris is the People Operations Lead within the People Team at RMI. He leads the team’s efforts on new hire orientation and onboarding, immigration, compliance initiatives, and leaves of absence. Chris also works to ensure all RMI employees have the best possible employee experience.

Chris has worked for various social impact organizations around the world, including in the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Before joining RMI, Chris worked for a nonprofit organization in East Africa that aimed at educating future leaders to solve the world’s most pressing challenges. Within that organization, Chris was the Vice President of Global People Operations, where he led all people operation initiatives, making sure the organization operated as efficiently and effectively as possible.
