Maura Lillis

Maura Lillis is the Director of Multilateral & Bilateral Partnerships at RMI. Maura has over eight years of experience in the energy sector, including four years with the Asian Development Bank where they served as an Energy Analyst. In this role, Maura was responsible for growing and implementing ADB's $4.0 billion clean energy portfolio in Indonesia.

During their time at ADB, Maura made significant contributions to the development of the organization's energy strategy, including the "Indonesia Energy Sector Assessment, Strategy and Roadmap." Maura also played a key role in developing and implementing a number of major investment projects, collaborating with various stakeholders including the Indonesian government, bilateral and multilateral development partners, and international NGOs.

Prior to their work in the energy sector, Maura worked as a corporate immigration paralegal at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy. Maura holds a degree in Political Science from Tufts University.

Maura Lillis has a B.A. in International Relations, French, from The Johns Hopkins University, and a certificate in French Language (Written and Oral Proficiency) from the Institut de Touraine. Maura also has a certificate in Narrative Journalism from Yayasan Pantau (Jakarta, Indonesia).
