Jonathan H. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. Jonathan began their career in 1987 at GSK, where they worked as a Territory Sales Manager for Beecham Canada Inc. and later as a Regional Account Manager for SmithKline Beecham. In 1992, they joined Unilever as a District Sales Manager and later became a National Account Manager for Cheesebrough-Ponds. Jonathan then transitioned to the role of Customer Strategy Manager for Lever Ponds at Unilever, where they were responsible for brand portfolio management and budget allocation. In 1997, Jonathan joined The Walt Disney Studios as a Regional Sales Manager for Buena Vista Home Entertainment, and eventually rose to the positions of Vice President, Sales and Vice President/General Manager for Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment (Canada). Jonathan played a key role in developing sales and distribution strategies, managing teams, and driving business growth. In 2015, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Hope Consulting & Communications, assisting small to mid-size organizations with market positioning and financial growth. Jonathan also worked as a Strategic Sales Executive at Arvo Group Inc., an official partner of HappyOrNot, before joining Rocky Mountaineer in 2016 as the Managing Director of Sales for North America. Overall, Jonathan has demonstrated a strong track record in leadership, sales, strategic planning, and business development throughout their career.

Jonathan H. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Western University in the years 1982 to 1986. In 2015, they enrolled in the Dispute Resolution Certificate Program at York University, where they obtained a Dispute Resolution Certificate.
