Dean Ogan is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry. As the owner of Rocky Top Catering since January 1998, Dean oversees a premier catering service in the Triangle area, providing a variety of options including corporate and event catering. In addition, Dean owns and operates Cross+Main, a historic wedding venue, and Southland BBQ Catering, a division specializing in regional barbecue cuisine. Dean's portfolio also includes ownership of 1705 East, a versatile event venue in Raleigh, and Rocky Top Hospitality, which encompasses several popular dining concepts. Previous experience includes roles as owner and executive chef at Michael Dean's Seafood Grill and general manager/kitchen manager at Houlihan's Restaurants. Dean Ogan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1989.
